MI Analyst

Experience: 5 to 9 Years in Banking Domain
Job Purpose:

The MI analyst role has been created to deliver the on-going management information requirements of the CCC’s for the Voice and Virtual Team.  This role is largely responsible for the daily, weekly, monthly production of reporting and insights used by the Voice and Virtual Leadership Teams.  This role will require the successful candidate to possess strong analytical capability and strong attention to detail.  A key function of this role is working with stakeholders across the V&V team to identify and capture requirements and validate outputs for accuracy.

Report Production

ï‚· Deliver Daily and Monthly Global reporting across GCC footprint consistently

ï‚· Manage League Table criteria for CCC markets

ï‚· Deliver S2S Reporting for participating countries

ï‚· Deliver the Service Request ageing report for participating countries

ï‚· Engage with Country Client Care Centre heads & performance management resources to ensure timely upload of key metrics which is reviewed by the group on a daily basis.

ï‚· Timely submission of various Performance and other reports for CCC

ï‚· Constantly evaluate opportunity to enhance/re engineer reporting to be more customer centric

ï‚· Report Analysis, summarize recommendation and drawing inference

ï‚· Effectively liaise with Vendors on day to day activities and develop effective leadership

ï‚· Undertake projects from time to time

Compliance Risk And Money Laundering Prevention Requirements


 Ensure in fulfillment of role that obligations to prevention of money laundering under the Group Policy and Standards and under local laws and regulations are complied with

 Ensure processing and decision making are compliant with Departmental Operating Instructions and within the timelines and accuracy standards specified

 Ensure continuous improvement in Productivity to the standards prescribed from time to time

 Uphold the values of the group & company at all times

 Ensure compliance with all applicable rules / regulations and company group policies

Audit Controls & costs:

 Maintaining Audit Checklist

 No Adverse Ratings in internal audits by Compliance (Ensure a minimum of a Satisfactory rating in Group Audit).

 Monthly Review and Reporting on KRI/KCS

 Initiative taken in cost reduction (Improved seat utilisation / cost effective methods of operation; % reduction in cost).

 Ensure adherence to Budget

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualification/Skill/Experience

ï‚· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

 Good stakeholder management skills – possess the ability to work with and direct stakeholders across a range of functions and seniority levels

ï‚· Uncompromising approach to customer service and problem resolution

ï‚· Should be able to improve the efficiency of the Reports by automating the same.

ï‚· Excellent written and verbal English

ï‚· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

ï‚· Strong ability to multi-task

ï‚· Relevant business/function experience, including experience within Contact Centre strongly preferred

ï‚· Ability to work in a matrixed organisation, leveraging resources across the organisation to complete deliverables

ï‚· Previous management information experience highly regarded
